How does the rent guarantee scheme work?
Blissful Property becomes your tenant. We take on all contractual responsibilities, not just the payments of the Rent. For instance: should the person residing in the property refuse to vacate it at the end of their Contract or break the terms of the agreement, causing the need for legal action, all costs involved in Perusing such action will be met by us.
We offer you a fixed, guaranteed rent for your residential properties. For a fixed term, usually 3-5 years. During this time we rent the property on a corporate let then to local Authorities or professionals and treat the property as our own. In order for us to do this, the property must be licensed as HMO or can be used as a service accommodation and comply to all regulations. The rent is paid to you whether the Property is vacant or occupied and you can cease worrying about all the management related hassle for the entire term of the agreement.
Is my Property Suitable?
Unlike others offering guaranteed rent, we will consider any property in reasonable condition. We prefer properties that are already licensed as HMO's. If a property is not licensed as a HMO, then we would require the property to be in a non article 4 area- for more information please get in touch.
